Meet Adrian Booker

Adrian Booker is a certified mediator, facilitator, arbitrator, and licensed private investigator focused on special education, family, employment, and insurance disputes. In addition to leading ReSync, he serves as a contract mediator for the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, a contracted arbitrator for the Better Business Bureau, a Texas State Office of Administrative Hearings roster mediator, a certified long-term care ombudsman, and a Dallas CASA advocate.

A native of Dallas, Adrian holds graduate certifications in dispute resolution from Southern Methodist University and Abilene Christian University, a master's degree in business management, and undergraduate degrees in criminology, sociology, and political science from Florida State University. He is active internationally with Mediators Beyond Borders.

Adrian's approach is grounded in the belief that every party deserves to be heard, treated with dignity, and guided toward a resolution that serves their genuine interests — not just the path of least resistance.
